Thanks to everyone who visited my stand at The Woodlands Wedding Exhibition to day. It was a really successful day and gave future brides and grooms the chance to see some great wedding suppliers.
Apart from myself with some examples of my wedding photography, there was a host of other wedding suppliers.
Beautiful wedding and engagement rings from an award-winning contemporary jewellery : Loraine Law
Stunning Wedding cars, to match every wedding colour scheme, from Chauffeurs of Carnoustie
The latest collections of wedding dresses available from The Bride
And some delicious wedding cakes from Srumptious Cakes
The Woodlands Hotel are offering an all inclusive wedding package and several couples are now looking forward to a wonderful wedding day at the hotel.
The Woodlands is set within beautiful grounds in the heart of Broughty Ferry. Jenny and her staff will attend to every little detail to make your wedding day perfection.
The ballroom is stunning and the permanent dance floor makes for a swift change from reception meal to evening dancing. The silver service at the wedding breakfast just makes the day even more special

Well it’s the start of a New Year ,2010, and the beginning of this seasons wedding exhibitions. The year traditionally kicks off for me at the excellent Invercarse Hotel show. This is the first chance for couples who got engaged over Christmas and New Year to start planning their wedding.
The Invercarse is a wonderful local venue with all the right ingredients for your wedding day. They have a great ballroom that has a very glamorous feel to it. The ballroom and bar are all self contained so your guests won’t be mingling with any of the other residents. The gardens make the perfect setting for you photographs and in the summer your guests can spill out onto the lawn with their champagne. The dance floor is huge and with the right band you can throw a reception that peoplle will really remember. It’s close enough to Dundee so of your younger friends can head off to a club and continue partying once the night has ended. What more could you want. I can personally recommend the food especially the sticky toffee pudding.

I am in for a few busy weekends meeting new couples for 2010, 2011 and even 2012 weddings throughout Scotland.
I will be exhibiting in Perth, Edinburgh, and Dundee, The Discovery Ship Dundee, The Landmark Hotel Dundee, The perth Concert Hall, Piperdam Angus, Forbes of Kingennie Broughty Ferry, The Golf and Spa Resoprt Carnoustie, Ingliston Edinburgh
The exhibitions kick off this Sunday at 11.30 at The Discovery Ship Dundee. For those of you who haven’t been to a wedding show before they are a great chance to have a chat with good local suppliers that can give you great advice to help you plan your wedding.
The bigger wedding exhibitions like SECC in Glasgow and Ingliston and The Corn Exchange in Edinburgh are great shows but the smaller ones have a select group of local vendors.
If you are coming along do come and say hello at my stand, I’d be delighted to see you

If you are still looking for a photographer then why not come and have chat with me at The West Park Centre in Dundee this Sunday between 11am and 4pm. I will also have a stand on Sunday at Montrose town hall at the annual Montrose Wedding exhibition.
